Sessions, Fees, and What to Wear

• All sessions are given with the client fully clothed and lying or seated on a massage table.
• Please wear soft clothing and clean socks.

• See "my services" for descriptions of bodywork types. You may ask for Zen Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, or a combination of the two. Myofascial techniques may be incorporated into any massage, as appropriate.
• A session is composed of hands-on time plus our interactions before and after.
• A 60-minute session is $60
• A 90-minute session is $90
• No tips, thank you; please use that for your next massage.
• A sliding scale is available to seniors and those with limited resources.
• Suggested frequency of treatment: monthly for maintenance, weekly or biweekly for active healing.
